Partners · How It’s Bought

Commercial only. Through the channel.

Heaviside AI does not sell to consumers, and there is no consumer business anywhere in this company with an appetite for your data. Every plan on this page transacts on Azure Marketplace as a customer-deployed Azure Application — and every deal has room for the partner who brought it.

The Buying Trigger

Your regulated accounts have a dated problem.

The EU AI Act’s general application date passed on 2 August 2026, and its high-risk obligations apply from 2 December 2027. GSA’s proposed GSAR 552.239-7001 would convert federal AI doctrine into contract language, including a prohibition on training with Government data. Four Presidential documents now define how the Executive Branch expects AI to be bought, run, and proven.

Every one of those instruments asks the same three questions: who has custody, what was retained, and where is the proof. Most AI deployments in your book cannot answer them. That is what makes this a sales cycle with a date on it rather than a technology conversation.

What You Are Selling

Two product lines. Every plan live.

All published and purchasable on Azure Marketplace today — not roadmap, not preview.

NiaShield

The human-facing product. An AI workspace where employees in regulated organizations work with frontier models at full strength, deployed into the organization’s own subscription and operating entirely in volatile memory.

Gateway Sessions

Application traffic that needs context. Sealed, bounded sessions where the deadline is minted once at creation and cannot be extended, and custody is split across keys that cannot do each other’s jobs.

The Channel Motion

Azure-native, with the partner on the paper.

Zero-persistence architecture, signed destruction receipts, GSAR 552.239-7001 alignment on day one — the security review that stalls most AI deals is the part of this product that closes them.

Partner marginNegotiated per offer

Channel margin is set on the private offer itself and paid through Microsoft’s payout rails. Larger bands are available on multi-year and multi-seat paper.

Transaction pathMarketplace · Multiparty Private Offer

Deals are papered as Azure-native Multiparty Private Offers, with the originating partner on the paper.

Terms we can paperMonthly through multi-year

Monthly through multi-year contract durations, with negotiated pricing held for the life of the private offer. A private offer cannot carry a term the public plan does not publish, so confirm the duration you need before the customer conversation.

Custom termsNo contract amendment

Your customer’s negotiated terms attach privately to the offer as a PDF. No amendment to the Microsoft Standard Contract, no plain-text workaround, no legal cycle that outlives the quarter.

Division Of Labor

You own the relationship. We own the architecture.

The question every reseller asks first is how much of their team this consumes. Here is the honest answer, stage by stage.

Identify and qualify
You

You own the account, the intro, and the relationship.

Heaviside AI

We provide the regulatory crosswalk, the objection material, and the qualifying questions that separate a real deadline from curiosity.

Technical validation
You

Your SE attends. No preparation required.

Heaviside AI

Founder-led architecture call and live demo. We run it.

Security review
You

You coordinate scheduling.

Heaviside AI

We answer the questionnaire. Every claim is grounded in shipped source, not marketing copy — which is why this stage closes deals here instead of stalling them.

Paper the deal
You

You set customer pricing and own the commercial conversation.

Heaviside AI

We issue the private offer in Partner Center, typically within one business day of terms being agreed.

Deploy
You

Professional services around tenant readiness and governance program design are yours to keep. We do not compete for that work.

Heaviside AI

Deployment guidance into the customer’s own subscription.

Support and renew
You

You own the renewal and the account.

Heaviside AI

Vendor-direct technical escalation. We do not sell direct, and we do not contact your customer without you on the thread.

Deal Registration

Bring the deal. Keep the account.

How to register

Send the account name, the contact, and one line on the opportunity to the channel address below. No portal, no form, no login.

Confirmation

You get a written yes or no within one business day. If the account is already registered to another partner we will tell you that rather than let you work it.

Protection window

Registration holds the account while the opportunity is active and progressing, and renews automatically. First registrant holds it.

What we will not do

We will not take a registered account direct, and we will not route it to a second partner. Heaviside AI has no direct sales motion to protect.

Design Partner Program

Design-partner terms.

For a limited number of accounts we are offering design-partner terms: preferential pricing, direct founder access through deployment, and roadmap influence, in exchange for a named reference and a usable quote once the deployment is in production. If you have a regulated account with a real AI governance deadline and an appetite to be early, this is the fastest path in — and the partner who brings it keeps the account and the margin.

Thirty minutes, founder-led, no deck.

Bring one regulated account you are already working. We will walk the architecture, tell you which of its compliance questions this answers and which it does not, and show you the deal shape. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call. Distributors, resellers, and integrators serving regulated and public-sector buyers — deal mechanics and registration inquiries:
